COMME des GARÇONS and KAWS unveil MIRROR, the artist’s inaugural fragrance, inspired by his multifaceted creative universe. This collaboration fuses an optimistic and complex bouquet, crafting a musky floral scent that reflects KAWS’s signature blend of high art and popular culture.
The bottle design pays homage to KAWS’s iconic COMPANION figure, symbolizing the fluid boundaries between artistic mediums and cultural hierarchies.
MIRROR belongs to the musk floral family, opening with bright turmeric leaves and root oil, layered with radiant neroli and a pristine clean accord. Orange blossom absolute lends floral elegance, while cashmeran and Sinfonide enrich the heart with warm musk, amber, woody, and powdery nuances. The base settles into a soft, resinous benzoin resinoid, completing this evocative composition.
